Based in the North England Electrodiagnostic Services provides high quality neurological diagnostic solutions for the NHS and independent hospitals throughout the UK. Our team of Consultant Clinical Neurophysiologists and Highly Specialised Technicians provide nerve conduction studies (NCS), Electromyography (EMG) and Electroencephalography (EEG) testing under the guidelines of the British Society for Clinical Neurophysiology.

Complex neurophysiological investigations usually undertaken in large tertiary centres can be delivered locally. Our clinics are fully flexible allowing reduction of waiting lists in a one-off clinic to regular contracted work.

All of our services are consultant led and all test reports are guaranteed to be returned to the referring clinician within 48 hours.

Electrodiagnostic Services is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. In 2022 the CQC rated Electrodiagnostic Services as Good.

For remote locations in the UK we offer a Highlands and Islands Service. Our aircraft can deploy to bring testing facilities into remote or hard to reach places through our Flying Electrodiagnostic Services (FEDS).
